How Tell Many uses information

Tell Many respects your privacy and collects only the information needed to provide this website, the Value Visibility Diagnostic and its consulting services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, organization or personal brand, website or social profile, operating country, role and professional or business information.
When you use the Value Visibility Diagnostic, we also collect your answers and the profile, scores, observations and recommendation created from those answers. Wix and similar service providers may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure and measure the website, such as device, browser, cookie and usage information.
Please do not submit passwords, trade secrets, confidential customer information or other information that is not needed for the diagnostic.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website and diagnostic, provide your profile and recommendation, review your findings when you ask us to do so, respond to enquiries, protect the website, prevent misuse, improve our methodology using aggregated or deidentified insights and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Tell Many does not sell your personal information.
How the diagnostic works
The diagnostic uses structured questions, scoring rules and contradiction checks to identify patterns in your answers. Approved commercial rules determine the recommended Tell Many service and applicable starting price. Automated tools may assist with interpreting written answers or preparing explanations, but the diagnostic does not make legal, financial, employment or other decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your result is a strategic starting point. Tell Many reviews context and complexity before confirming the scope of an engagement.
Sharing, security and your rights
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure and operate the website and diagnostic. This includes Wix, which provides the website, content management and customer relationship systems. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization.
